Susie Kuniyoshi

SUSIE KUNIYOSHI received her B.M. degree from Ithaca College and M.M. degree from the New England Conservatory of Music. As an active freelancer in the Twin Cities area, she has performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Opera, Duluth-Superior Symphony, touring shows and ballet companies, as well as with the Grand Teton and Breckenridge Music Festival Orchestras in Wyoming and Colorado.

Ms. Kuniyoshi has taught at the University of WI-Superior, College of St. Scholastica, University of MN-Duluth/Prep Division, and has presented piccolo master classes at Oberlin Conservatory and the University of MN-Twin Cities. She currently teaches at the Laurel School of Music in St. Paul and maintains a private studio. Ms. Kuniyoshi is a certified Suzuki Instructor who enjoys starting young beginners, as well as preparing advanced students for competitions and auditions.
